Q:How long will it take for my product to ARRIVE?
A: Delivery time is generally 3-7 days from the time your order has been processed. In most cases items are received in 5 business days, however we say 7 days in case of delays. All the items by using EMS and it will take 5-10 days for you to receive it. But if you need a rush delivery, you need to pay extra $30 per order then you will get your things in 3-4 days.

A:All sales are Final. There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless wrong shoe size was received. Ex: Ordered size 11, received size 8 (based on tags). If you received the wrong item, or there is a problem with the quality, you may return your shoes as long as its in unworn condition within 5 days of receiving your shoes. Please make sure to send back all accessories and box or an exchange will be void. Contact our customer service to receive an authorization number for directions on how to send the item back.

Q:My credit card was declined, now what?
A:There are various reasons for a declined credit card transaction. The most common reason being that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card statement. If this is the case, please try again with the right billing address.
Please note we only accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX (American Express) credit cards. We do not accept gift cards at this time.
A simple typing mistake could also cause the transaction to be declined, including entering the wrong credit card number, wrong expiry date or CVN code (the security number on the back of your credit card).
If your credit card is still not being accepted here are some suggestions:
- Wait 1 day and try again
- Make sure your credit card is not over its limit
- Make sure your credit card has not expired
- Make sure you have correctly typed the name on the front of the credit card
- Try a different credit card

Q:I am concern about the privacy of my information? Do you sell such information to anyone for any reasons or purposes?

Q:Do you charge sales tax on my purchase?
A:We do not charge any sales tax on any of our orders. Our professional staff submits applicable taxes on your behalf to create your 'Hassle Free Shopping Environment'.

Q:What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
A:All items are supposed to be available. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be not capable to update our website in time when shoes are not in stock.. We will let you know as soon as possible by email in this case.

Q:What happens if I am out when you deliver?
A:If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier/carrier will leave the parcel in a safe place, please contact post office, or you can ask one of your friends to pick it up. However, if your item(s) do not arrive within our stated delivery time, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you. Please note that delivery time is only an approximation, as we are unable to guarantee a delivery time.

Q:Can I change my order?
A:It is possible for us to change your order if you contact us prior to our delivery. Please talk to us to inform that. However, we are sorry that we are unable to change or cancel your order once the item is despatched.
